Refund and cancellation

ALL SUBSCRIPTION PURCHASES ARE FINAL.

Once a customer has successfully purchased, activated, or obtained access to a subscription, no cancellation, refund, exchange, transfer, or reversal will ordinarily be permitted, regardless of whether the customer:

· Changes their mind.

· Does not find a suitable job.

· Does not use the subscription.

· Uses the service only partially.

· Finds fewer opportunities than expected.

· Obtains employment elsewhere.

· Is unable to use the service due to personal circumstances.

· Does not receive an interview or job offer.

· Is unsuccessful in a job application.

By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and accepts this no-cancellation and no-refund policy.

Nothing in this section is intended to exclude or restrict any refund, cancellation, or other consumer right that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
